Butter Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ¼ cups icing sugar
  • 5 oz. butter
  • 4 oz. shortening
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 4 oz. soft cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Add sugar and beat until combined. Add in the butter and beat well. Add in shortening and beat well. Add flavourings and cheese, beating until there are no more lumps.
