Macadamia nut festival chicken salad

Ingredients

• Salad 1 quart cooked chicken coarsely shredded
• 1 can (5oz) sliced water chestnuts
• 1/2 lb green grapes
• 1 cup celery sliced
• 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
• 1 can pineapple chunks for garnish
• 1/4 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
• Mandarin orange sections
• Dressing 1 cup mayo
• 1/4 tsp curry powder
• 11/2 tsp soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing ingredients. Set aside...In large bowl combine chicken water chestnuts grapes celery and 3/4 cup of nuts.Toss with dressing and chill for several hours ...garnish with pineapple chunks orange sections and rest of nuts
