Pecan Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (4-ounce) envelopes mixed long grain and wild rice
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the chicken broth, green onions and undiluted soup in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the rice. Spoon into a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes. Stir in the pecans just before serving.
