- 9 C dry cereal (multigrain cheerios and rice chex)
- 1 C slivered almonds
- 1/4 C orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C salted butter
- 1/2 C Craisins
Place the cereal and slivered almonds in a large ovenproof bowl or a disposable roaster. Mix the cereal and nuts together. In either a 2 C measuring cup or a microwave safe bowl combine orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and butter.
Heat mixture in microwave for one minute or until butter is melted. Stir thoroughly. Pour over cereal. Mix well.
Bake uncovered at 300 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and mix in the Craisins. Let cool.
