I took this to a Red Hatter's card party and every one liked it.
I bought some garage sale dishes and left the dip , recipe and my garage sale dish with the hostess as a thank you for having Mom and I over.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonaisse
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts , drained
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonaisse, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella and garlic powder.

Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8 baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown and bubbly.

Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.

Because of all the cheese, if it cools down it can be reheated in the oven until the cheese melts again.

Serve with tortilla chips, bread sticks, or bagettes.
