APPLE & RAISIN OVER PANCAKE

Ingredients
- 2 LG. Baking apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2/3 Cups Raisins
- 4 TBS. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 8 Eggs
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 4 TBS butter or margarine melted
- Powdered Sugar (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350, spray 9x13 baking pan.
Combine apples, raisins, brown sugar& cinnamon in med. Bow.
Transfer to prepared pan. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes or until apples begin to soften. Remove from oven. Increase oven temp. To 450. Whisk eggs, mild, flour and margarine in medium bowl until blended. Pour batter over apple mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until pancake is golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
