Herb Roasted Potatoes Poupon

  • 1/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 lbs potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks


Servings 4
Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Mix all ingredients except potatoes into a small bowl.
Place potatoes in a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking pan and toss with mixture.
Place pan on baking sheet.

Bake at 425'F, stirring occassionally, for 35 -40 minutes or until fork tender.
