• 2 chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 2 tab. garlic, chopped
• 3 cup Heinz 57
• 3 cup Ketchup
• 1 cup Southern Comfort
