Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet brown pork sausage
Drain sausage and place on paper towel
Replace sausage into skillet
Cut cream cheese into small cubes and put into skillet
Add can of Rotel
Gently heat and stir until cheese has meslted
Remove from heat and put in crock pot
