Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 4 oz sliced corned beef, finely diced
  • 2-3 Tbs milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and heat all ingredients, except milk, in a small saucepan over low heat until heat
Thin with milk if necessary

Can also micorwave

Serve hot with rye or pumpernickle bread sticks
