Spaghetti Cacciatore

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 slices bacon- chopped
- 2 boneless chicken breasts-chopped into 1"chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms- sliced
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- spaghettini for 4 people

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large frying pan to medium and add oil. Add bacon and cooked til lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add chicken and cook on medium until golden brown- about 4 minutes. Remove from pan and add to bacon.
Add onion and garlic to frying pan and cook about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Add sherry and increase heat to high, boil 2 minutes. Return heat to low. Place rosemary in a tea ball. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and tea ball to pan, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken/bacon mixture to tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Place pasta in large serving dish, pour tomato sauce over pasta and serve.
