Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 6 tbs. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

In blender, combine milk, eggs, flour, butter, vanilla and salt. Cover and blend 10 seconds. Scrape the sides. Blend another 10 seconds. Add coconut. Blend for 2 seconds. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
