Pesto Vinaigrette for Brochette on BBQ

Ingredients

  • 3 large garlicv cloves, quartered
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups frsh parsley, packed
  • 1 cup fresh basil ,packed
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor, process garlic and salt until paste like. Add parsley and basil with motor running, add vinegar adn sugar then oil in the thin stream.
Season to taste.
