Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle of dried herbs (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Emulsify the oil and vinegar by wire whisk or shaking them together in container
Add all other ingredients
Store in fridge
