Ingredients
- 1 (10 count) can of biscuits
- 1 onion, chipped finely
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Put unbacked biscuits in a greased muffin tin, making a shallow well in the center of each. Set aside. Brown beef and onion until browned. Drain grease. Return pan of meat and onion to medium low heat and add barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Simmer over low heat for 10 min. Spoon meat mixture into centers of each biscuit and top with grated cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 min.
Note: Also works well with chili.
