Ingredients
- 1 15oz can cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed (reserving liquid)
- 1/2 diced roasted red peppers
- 3 Tbs. sesame tahini
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 tsp. ground corriander
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt

Step 1
In food processor, blend until smooth. If too thick, add some of the reserved chickpea liquid. Place in serving and drizzle with with a bit of olive oil.
