  • 1 15oz can cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed (reserving liquid)
  • 1/2 diced roasted red peppers
  • 3 Tbs. sesame tahini
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 tsp. ground corriander
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt



Step 1

In food processor, blend until smooth. If too thick, add some of the reserved chickpea liquid. Place in serving and drizzle with with a bit of olive oil.
