Ingredients

  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can sliced artichoke hearts, rinsed
  • 1 C. diced roma tomatoes
  • 1 C. black olives, sliced
  • 4 T. capers
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Parmesan and parsley garnish
  • 1 box angel hair pasta

Preparation

Step 1

1) prepare angel hair, reserve some of the pasta water

2)toss together with all other ingredients

3) if you prefer a moister consistently use some of the reserved pasta water
