Ingredients
- 1 C dried cranberries
- 1/2 C orange liquour (may use OJ)
- 1 Lb mild ground pork sausage
- 2 C chopped celery
- 3/4 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 Can chicken broth
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 6 Oz pork stuffing mix
- 1 T grated orange rind
- 1 C chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE: cranberries, liquour in small saucepan; bring to boil over med-hi heat. Set aside.
BROWN: sausage in large skillet stirring to crumble, drain all but 2 T dripping in skillet. Set sausage aside.
ADD: celery & onion to reserved drippings. Cook med-hi stirring constantly 10 minutes. Add butter & next 4 ingredients, cook stirring constantly 3 minutes or till butter melts.
COMBINE: cranberry mix, sausage, celery, stuffing & season pkts, orange rind & pecans in large bowl stirring well. Spoon remainder into lightly greased baking dish. Bake covered 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover & bake 10 more minutes til light brown.
