Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef or pork, cooked and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup ketchup
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion in a little butter. Add rest of ingredients except meat. Simmer several minutes. Add meat and simmer longer. Serve on buns.
