Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. (2 cups) ham
- 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) Swiss, Mozzarella, or Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Warm broccoli in the microwave and then remove excess water (fresh broccoli would need to be cooked until tender and then drained). Coarsely chop ham, broccoli (if use fresh), and onion in food chopper. Coarsely grate cheese with grater-slicer. Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside. On the 9x13 inch baking stone arrange the crescent triangles in a circle with the bases overlapping in center and points to the outside. There should be a circle about 3 inches in diameter in center. Spoon filling over bases evenly. Fold points of triangle over filling and tucker under bases at center. Filling will not be completely covered. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
