- egg whites (1 or more depending on how many pecans)
- 1 tbsp of water per egg
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Add water to egg whites and use hand mixer to beat until foamy consistency.
Toss pecans into egg mixture and lightly fold them in.
Grease baking sheet.
Spread pecans on sheet and sprinkle mixed seasonings on them.
Bake at 200 for 1 hour. Stir ab every 15 min. and re-sprinkle.
Let them cool completely.
