- Leg of Lamb
- 3 Tbsp Rosemary
- 3 Tbsp Garlic seasoning
- 3/4 Tbsp sea salt
- 1/4 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 Tbsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Cut lamb into 1-inch thick steaks. Sprinkle steaks with 3 Tbsp of rosemary and garlic seasoning. 3/4 Tbsp of sea salt, 1/4 Tbsp parsely flakes and pepper to taste. Heat 3 Tbsp of olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Sear both sides of the lamb cutlets. Reduce heat and continue to cook for 8 minutes, turning frequently. Serve medium rare.
