Earthquake Cake

  • 1 C Coconut
  • 1/2 C Chopped Pecans
  • 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Lb. Box Confection Sugar
  • Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven 350
Grease 9x13 Pan

Mix Coconut & Peacans, Sprinkle in Bottom of Pan. Mix Cake Mix according to Package Directions. Pour on Top of Mixture in Pan. Cr. Cheese & Powdered Sugar beat toghether until well Blended. Drop by Teaspoon on top of Cake Mix.

Bake 40-45 Mins. After cake Cools, Top with Cool Whip before Serving.
