Ingredients
- 1 6 Oz Pkg. Wild Rice (Seasoned)
- 1 C Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Chervil or Summer Savory
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Mustard
- 1/4 C Butter (Melted)
- 1 8 Oz Pkg Mushrooms (Portabella)
- 1/2 C Thinly Chopped Celery
- 1/2 C Flour (All Purpose)
- 6 C Chicken Broth
- 2 C Half & Half
- 2/3 C Cooking Sherry

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice according to Package.Take Onion & Next 5 Ingredients & Saute in Butter til Onions are Soft. Add Mushrooms & Celery. Reduce Heat- Stir in Flour, Cook 1 Min. Gradualy add Broth, add rice, Sherry and Half & Half.
