Ingredients

  • 6 lg. sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 T. butter
  • 1 T. grated orange rind
  • 2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg, and ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Preparation

Step 1

cook sweet potatoes until tender, mash and add rest of ingredients. Spread into buttered casserole dish and put pecans around edge of dish. Dot top with butter..bake at 350, for 35-40 mins. Can be halved
