Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
  • Salt/pepper
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a crock pot. Cook in crock pot on high setting for 3 hours or on low setting for 5 hours.

Stir in sour cream. Allow to heat for 5 minutes.
