Ingredients
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 1 1/4 C Sugar
- 1 1/4 C Marscapone Cheese or 8 Oz. Cr. Cheese, 1/4 C Sour Cream, 2Tbls Heavy Whipping Cream. Whip together
- 1 3/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- Ladyfingers (12 oz. pkg)
- 1/3 C Coffee Liqueur)
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder for Dusting
- 1 (1 oz)Square Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Yolks & Sugar in Top of Double Boiler, Over Boiling Water. Reduce Heat to Low & Cook for 10 Mins. Stirring Constantly. Remove from Heat & Whip yolks until Thick & Lemon Colored
Add Marsacpone Chees. Beat until Combined. In a Separate Bowl, Whip Cream to Stiff Peaks. Gently Fold into Yolk Mixture & Set Aside.
Divide Ladyfingers in Half, Line Bottom & Sides of Springform Pan. Brush with Coffeee Liqueur. Spoon in Cream Filling in Pan. garnish with Cocoa & Chocolate Curls. Refrigerate for several Hours or Overnight.
