LASAGNA ROLL-UPS DI NAPOLI

Ingredients

  • 9 PRINCE LASAGNA noodles
  • 1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (26 oz. jar) pasta sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.

In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan and egg. Spread about 1/3 cup cup cheese mixture on each pasta noodle; roll up. Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce into bottom of 4 1/2 quart open roaster. Arrange pasta rolls, seam sides down in dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
