Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Italian Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Chunky Salsa, divided
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Mixed Vegetables, thawed according to package directions
Preparation

Combine 1/4 Cup Italian Dressing and 1/4 Cup Chunky Salsa in large, shallow non aluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Add chicken, turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup Italian Dressing and 1/4 Cup Chunky Salsa in a small bowl; set aside. Measure four 9X18 inch pieces heavy duty aluminum foil. Remove chicken from marinade and place one chicken breast half on each piece of foil. Evenly top chicken with mixed vegetables and drizzle with reserved dressing mixture.
Wrap foil loosely around chicken, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Grill or broil pouches until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 15 minutes.
