Orange-BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1é4 orange marmalade
  • 1 boneless pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 12 sandwich rolls, split, toasted

Step 1

Mix BBQ sauce and marmalade. Place meat in slow cooker and top the BBQ sauce mixture. Cover with lid. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (or on high for 4-6 hours). Remove meat from slow cooker; cut into small pieces or shredd with fork. Return meat to slow cooker; stir until meat is evenly coated with the BBQ sauce mixture.

Spread mayo onto cut sides of roll. Fill rolls evenly with meat mixture.
