French Bread Appetizers

  • 1 loaf of French Bread
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt cheese and butter- fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cut bread in cubes and dip in cheese mixture. Place on a greased cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
