Ingredients
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1/3 cup minced green pepper
- 1/3 cup finely diced ham
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbs. milk
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add and cook until soft, about 10 minutes the onons and green peppers. Then add the ham and cook 5 minutes.
In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour the eggs into the pan over the cooked vegetables. Let cook undisturbed for 5 seconds, then use a wooden spatula to slowly move the egg toward the centre, tilting the pan to allow uncooked egg to run to the bottom of the pan. Stop moving the eggs as they set. Flip the omlette and cook the other side.
