Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8 peppers
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup onion, copped
  • 12 oz. corn, drained
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-cook peppers in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain and salt and pepper inside. Brown meat and onion and next 5 ingredients. Simmer until hot. Stuff into peppers. Add cheese and put into dish with ½” water. Bake uncovered 40 minutes.
