Olive Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 36 small olives
  • Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour, paprika and cayenne pepper or Tabasco. Wrap 1 tsp. mixture around each olive. At this point, to freeze, place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Repack in freezer bags. When ready to use, bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
