Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 cups romaine, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled light feta cheese
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
