Ingredients
- 1 package devil's food cake
- 1 cup + 2 tbl sour cream
- 3 tbl instant coffee
- 2 tbl hot water
- 2-7 oz dipping chocolate
- 4 tbl butter
- 2 cup coolwhip
Preparation
Step 1
Line cake pans with wax paper.
Prepare mix as directed, substituting sour cream for water. Stir in 2 tbl coffee and bake as directed. Let cool.
Filling:
Dissolve 2 tbl coffee in water. Melt chocolate, stir in butter, coffee, and 4 tbl sour cream. Mix well. Place 1/3 in bowl and stir in cool whip. Fill between layers and top with rest of chocolate.
