Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups canned pumpkin (505 cans)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 cut dates
- 1 cup nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all liquid
Stir in dry ingredients.
Add dates and nuts last (no need to chop or cut dates and nuts. Will slice when bread is cut.) Put in greased coffee cans or loaf pans
Bake one hour, 15 minutes. This recipe will fill four one pound coffee cans, filling can half full.
