Ingredients
- 1 lb pork cut up and grind
- 3 1/2 quarts water
- 2 heaping tsp alspice
- handful of salt
- 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
Preparation
Step 1
cook ground pork and all ingredients till thickens. If not thick enough add more flour.
Pour into cake pan..When cold slice and fry, pour Karo syrup over
Best if fried till crispy on the out side.
