Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb medium-sized uncooked shrimp, deveined with tail on
- Olive oil or butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Finely chopped chile, to taste (about 1 1/2 tsp anaheim)
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Saute shrimp in olive oil or butter and garlic. Mix and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
