ORANGE GINGER SAUCED SHRIMP (Pam Leiper)

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb medium-sized uncooked shrimp, deveined with tail on
  • Olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Finely chopped chile, to taste (about 1 1/2 tsp anaheim)
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Saute shrimp in olive oil or butter and garlic. Mix and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
