Claudia Burtelow's Cheese Egg Bake

Recipe was doubled with no problem.

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces cottage cheese
• 2/3 stick of butter, cut up
• 1 pound Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese, cut into cubes
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and milk.

In separate bowl mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, butter and Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese. Combine with eggs, sugar, salt and milk.

To above combination, add baking powder and flour and then put in an oblong pan (13-by-9-inch).

Bake 40 minutes at 375 F.
