Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef or chicken
- 11 chopped onion, 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 2 cups frozen or fresh corn
- 3 lg. w.w. tortillias
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese

Step 1
Brown meat with onions and garlic and peppers...add chili pepper, cook and then add corn and salsa..simmer 5 mins.
spread bottom of square pan with 1 cup meat sauce, top with tortilla, 1/2 cup meat, sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, cover with 1 tortilla, 1 cup meat sauce, 1/4 cup cheese, remaining tortilla and meat sauce. Cover with foli and bake 25 mins. and top with remaining cheese bake uncovered until cheese melts
