Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- wings
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in re-sealable freezer bag. Cut tips from wings and cut into two pieces at joint. Add a few wings to bag at a time. Seal and shake until chicken is well coated. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining wings. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes more or until juices run clear.
