Vegetable quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9 in pastry shell
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green, red and yellow peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute vegetables in skillet (not onions)
2. Blend mayonnase, milk, eggs and peppers
3. Add veggies, cheese and onions to dairy mixture.
4. Prick bottom of pastry shell and bake for 10-15 min.
5. pour mixture into shell and Bake at 350 for 35-40 min
