Ingredients

  • Chuck roast (2-3lbs), cubed or whole
  • 1 package dried onion soup mix
  • 1 can beefy mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small can of sliced mushrooms, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Turn Crockpot on low, add dried onion soup mix, beefy mushroom soup, water and mushrooms and mix well. Put roast in Crockpot and cook on high for about 4 hours or 6-8 hours on low.

2. When roast is done, remove from Crockpot and shred to serve. Use broth remaining in Crockpot as a sauce.
