Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion
- 1 can chicken & Rice soup
- 1/3 cup uncooked virgin rice.

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops in frying pan.
Place chops in casserole.
Cover with sliced onion.
Add soup and can of water to frying pan and bring to boil.
Add rice to pan, and pour mixture over chops and onions in casserole.
Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.
