Turkey scallopini

Ingredients

  • 1lb. turkey cutlets
  • 3T. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1T. olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1T. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2tsp. finely chopped fresh sage or 1/2 tap. dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

1) coat cutlets with flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper

2) heat 1 1/2 tsp olive oil in non-stick skillet over md/high heat. add 1/2 cutlets and cook 1-2 minutes on each side until no longer pink. remove from skillet to keep warm and repeat with other half of oil and cutlets.

3)add water, wine, butter, garlic, sage and bouillon to skillet. bring to boil;cook for 1-2 minutes. add cutlets to skillet; reduce heat to low. cook, stirring and turning cutlets over to coat, for 1-2 minutes
