- 4 T butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 large egg
- 1 T milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium bowl whisk together flour with baking powder and salt. In another
bowl blend the sugar with the butter until light yellow (about 3 minutes). Beat in 1/2 an egg. Stir in
vanilla and milk then add flour mixture a little at a time until completely mixed.
Refrigerate dough for 1hour or until firm. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
