COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • (6 ounce) grape jelly
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat frying pan over medium high heat.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, water, corn flakes, and minced onion. Roll into small meatballs.


Place jelly, chili sauce, garlic and lemon juice in fry pan. Cook until combined about 10 minutes. Add meatballs, and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
