Ingredients
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 1/3 cup cooked sprouted whole grain brown rice, cooled
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
- 3/4 teaspoon pure lemon extract
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- Optional sprinkle-on toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds and walnuts
