Ingredients

  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup cooked sprouted whole grain brown rice, cooled
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure lemon extract
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • Optional sprinkle-on toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds and walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender (such as a Vitamix) and process until smooth and creamy.
