Cheesy Beef and Veggie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
  • 2 tbsp pasta water
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 5-6oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar & Monterey jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large deep skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to the skillet.

2. Drain pasta and add to meat mixture with pasta water, milk, peas and Velveeta. Cook on medium-low heat for about 5 mins or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
